Entrées have been known to include Honey Glazed Turkey, Macadamia Crusted Chilean Seabass, Chicken Florentine, Lobster Ravioli, Glazed Ham or Prime Rib. Stationary appetizer tray selections include choices from Vegetable Crudité, Fruit Platters, Antipasto Tray, as well as an Imported and Domestic Cheese Board. Hot and cold hors d’oeuvre selections consist of Crab Stuffed Mushrooms, Sushi Rolls, Beef or Chick Satay, Vegetarian Egg Rolls, Flatbread Pizza, Parmesan Bruschetta, among many more. There are voluminous possibilities for refreshments and an option for a hosted or cash bar. And what is a holiday office party without sweets? Dessert can range from Holiday Cookies to New York Cheesecake with Raspberry Drizzle or even Red Velvet Cake!
Furthermore, when you let Ayres Suites & Hotel Costa Mesa host your holiday party you will not have to worry about decorating whatsoever. In your banquet room the decorations will consist of white linen, red and green napkins, votive candles, mirror tabletops, buffet decorations, gorgeous centerpieces, and a Christmas tree. The hotel is extravagantly decorated for the holidays by Mrs. Ayres herself, guaranteed to bring holiday cheer to any Grinch.
During the holiday party, one lucky attendee of your choice will receive a complimentary stay in one of our upgraded Junior Suites. The Executive Junior Suite is 355 square feet of spacious comfort located in our Suites Building. It holds one King bed with queen sofa bed or two Queen beds, featuring a whirlpool tub shower combination, 32″ flat-screen television, refrigerator & microwave, marble sitting table & chairs, writing desk with ergonomic chair, and a MP3 alarm clock. Guestrooms include full American breakfast, complimentary internet, guest parking, and shuttle service within 5 miles of the hotel.
