My favorites are classics like the corn dog and funnel cake, but this year I am looking forward to Chicken Charlies deep fried chips, which just sound amazing. My kids love anything with bacon, especially the Texas maple doughnuts. With so many delicious items, it is too hard to pick a favorite.

Deep Fried Oreos are my favorite!!! Might sound a little strange, but my roommate in college got me hooked years ago. They fry the oreo to create a breading around it. Then pour chocolate sauce all over the top and whipped cream if you want. Soooo yummy! I’m craving one already!

I go to the fair every year & meet my good friend for some corn on the cob & gooey cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting! The funny part is my friend is allergic to cinnamon & takes Benadryl just to eat them once a year because they are so good. We are foodies so that is what the fair is all about.

There is nothing like a fair. The smells, the sights and the sounds are such wonderful pieces of the experience. The different foods are always so good and one of the great reasons to go!
