You could physically feel the teamwork in the air. It had a palpable force on par with the heft and weight of a bowling ball rolling thunderously toward the field of ivory that lay before it. Come to think of it, it wasn’t on par with that. It was EXACTLY like that. Because it WAS that. The Ayres team rallied together for a night of laughter, team building, and bowling following the 2011 Ayres Hotels Leadership Conference. The bowl-a-rama was organized by our very own Lori Puddester, Director of Sales at Ayres Hotel & Suites Costa Mesa, and Marcus Collins, General Manager of the ever fabulous Ayres Hotel Anaheim.
As you can see from the smiles above, the bowling outing was well received and really allowed the whole team the opportunity to showcase how well we all work together, even though we work in different locations. The years of love, loyalty, blood, sweat, and tears the whole team has poured into these hotels was reflected in the absolute joy that each of us took in playing this game. The night was a strike out and we can’t wait for 2012!
