Costa Mesa launches its first ever restaurant week today, August 19th, and I am happy to report that our very own Ayres Hotel & Suites Costa Mesa is a participant in what we hope will be a long and glorious tradition. Susan O’Brien Moore, General Manager at Ayres Hotel & Suites Costa Mesa, is the co-chair of the newly created Costa Mesa Culinary Board (along with Peter Papgagelis of Mastro’s), bringing her expertise to an element of the city that is well known by locals but little publicized.
Costa Mesa has a wonderfully diverse and eclectic dining selection, with something for every budget. Our very own Chef Mark Bolton of the fabu Le Chateau (the one with the KILLER Monte Cristo and located right in Ayres Hotel & Suites Costa Mesa) has created a delectable menu, and we hope to make some new friends amidst all the gnoshing.
